LEGO Engineering/Rocks - P.M. (ages 7-9)
LEGO Engineering
In LEGO Engineering, campers work in teams to build a variety of models out of basic LEGO pieces from special set of a Science and Technology LEGO. Working as a team, campers each assemble a part of a model and then join their parts to complete the building aspects of the project. The models demonstrate various physical science and technology concepts, including forces and motion, simple machines, measurement, energy, magnetism, and more. LEGO is a fantastic way to combine a love of building with serious science and engineering concepts
Rocks
The P.M. campers will go rock climbing twice a week at Planet Rock in Ann Arbor or Pontiac. We call this "Rocks."
